Health Screening Information
Please read the†attached Health Screening Informationfrom the Millard Public Schools and the Nebraska Department of Heath and Human Services or check their website for a Health and Human Services Document identifying which screenings are given at each grade level. Health screenings are not intended to be diagnostic, but to identify students with potential problems.

Wheeler Behavior Plans
We are in our second year of implementing the Wheeler Behavior Plan, a schoolwide program that is part of our site-based plan. Our expectations for behavior in the common areas has expanded as we teach our children to be safe, responsible, respectful and problem -solvers.
